Aya is honestly amazing. She really takes the time to listen to what you want, while also giving her opinion and advice, which I really appreciated. She’s super meticulous and pays attention to every little detail, and you can tell she genuinely wants you to leave happy with the result. It was my first time getting bangs, so I was a bit nervous, but she really listened to me and made me feel completely comfortable. She’s also such a sweet, gentle and lovely person.
